Consultation

During our consultation, you will experience a comprehensive discussion designed to enhance our communication and fully understand your needs. We will support you at every step of the home sale journey, including praying with you and seeking God's counsel on how to best prepare your home for sale and for His guidance throughout the entire process.

Preparation

During the preparation phase, our team will guide you on how to showcase your home’s value to its next owner.  We have several preparation options available, from a DIY approach to a more “hands on” experience.  Everyone has a different home and lifestyle which is why your real estate selling team will provide services that are customized to you and your individual needs.

Marketing

During the marketing phase, the goal is to get your home in front of as many buyers as possible to ensure a quick home selling process.  Our team will complete a final CMA, accounting for any changes made during the preparation phase, to determine the best price to attract the most buyers to your home.  We have various avenues of marketing and two different packages available depending on your unique needs as a home seller.

Negotiate Offers

Once an offer has been received on your home, you have the choice of accepting, rejecting, or countering that offer.  This is where working with a trusted member of Kingdom 1st Realty is crucial.  We are going to have your best interest at the forefront of the negotiation process but also understand that there is another person sitting across from us during this transaction.  It is our goal to create a "win-win" scenario for both you as the seller and the buyer.  We will negotiate favorable terms for you without sacrificing our integrity. There are typically two instances of negotiating during the transaction: when the buyer presents their initial offer and after inspections are performed.

Closing Table

Once terms have been negotiated, you our on your way to the closing table.  You may have some repairs to perform before closing or you may be packing up and getting you and your family to move.  During this time, we will be assisting you with all of the transaction paperwork as well as providing resources to aid you to a smooth closing.  We are here to make closing day a peaceful day, filled with confidence that you made the right decision for you and your family.
